3D ANIMATION
We have experience in producing top quality 3D production animation, compositing and animation enhanced live action.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
We are an IP development studio and can create pitches, bibles, content explorations and can consult on various project approaches and types.
STORYBOARDING
A crucial step in script to screen; we are well versed in taking the written word and visually interpreting it for sequential animation. Storyboards can even be the starting point for a number of projects too.
CHARACTER &
CONCEPTUAL ART
We have a love of character design and passion for design exploration. We are well positioned and experienced in creating characters for all types of animation and games.
COMPOSITING & EDITING
We can composite, edit, export and deliver to any specification from web optimisation to 4k broadcast requirements.
PROMOTIONAL WORK
Short-form animated content for ads, music videos, explainers, comms and trailers. We revel in bringing creativity and an attention to detail to these works.
TRAINING SUPPORT
We are proficient in a great number of disciplines and software. With this we often support up-skilling teams in new ways of working. Also offer dedicated training.
GAME DEVELOPMENT
On the other side of the studio we have a fully-fledged game development team. CCG can create games from the ground up for console, mobile, PC and bespoke platforms.

Here at Cloth Cat we have a strong, multi-skilled core team able to lead on all manner of animated styles and mediums – evident in our diverse development and production work. We are expert problem solvers, always looking for solutions to new creative and technical challenges. Our robust, professional production pipeline has been built up from our vast experience working on co-productions and work for hire projects.
We have access to a broad range of talent across Wales and the UK, and can get productions up and running efficiently. We benefit from a close relationship with Creative Wales who offer up to 10% as a grant in addition to the UK Animation Expenditure Credit (29% of eligible spend after tax), which could see benefits of up to 39% of eligible spend for your project.
